Few Ways to Motivate Your Kids for a Monday Morning School!

Of all the days in the calendar, the most evil perhaps is the day labelled Monday.  Especially for school children, Monday morning is the worst time of the day.
After a fun-packed weekend with family and friends, your little ones need some extra motivation to jump start their Monday. As parents you need to try to give them something motivating, so they happily look forward to for a Monday morning.

Get things organised on a Sunday night
The best approach to defusing Monday morning mayhem is to get organized the night before.  Chores like ironing the school clothes for the next day, dealing with school correspondence and filling backpacks etc, should be organised a day prior.  The less your children have to contend with in the morning, the smoother the transition will be.

Appreciate your kids for their effortsLet's say your kid drew a painting on the weekend. Or he completed his weekend homework on time and was helping you in your household chores. Be sure to let him know how happy you feel looking at his paintings and how much you appreciate his efforts. Don't forget to add - how nice it was to ride with him to school on a pleasant Monday morning.

Remember that Monday’s are not always boring. Monday can be the start of something epic if your child is given admission in one of the good ICSE schools in Mumbai.

RBK - a top ICSE school in Mumbai believes in appreciating children for their efforts. This top ICSE schools in Thane is known to help children to be 'themselves' and to appreciate themselves for who they are.

The reason why RBK ranks among the top 10 ICSE schools in Mumbai, is because they put every effort to ensure your children grows to their full potential in the best way.

Prepare a special breakfast on a Monday morning
Special breakfast can mean a wide variety of things that you kids love. It can be pancakes, muffins, chocolate croissants, fruit smoothie, cheesy pasta/noodles etc.

Kids get pretty excited about food, so knowing they have something extra yummy waiting for them for breakfast actually gets them moving pretty well!

Realise that kids need your motivation, affection and love
Instead of just barking and yelling at your kids for getting things done, lend your help to them. This would mean, getting the tea ready on table, getting his school uniform from the cupboard, filling his water-bottle, feeding him breakfast etc. When you kids feel affectionate and loved, they automatically get motivated to go to school, then no matter if it’s a Monday morning or any other weekday.
